Hasco-Lek fulfills all the applicable European requirements of manufacture of Food Supplements, Drugs and Cosmetics. Hasco-Lek performs contract manufacturing according to GMP, GLP, HACCP and ISO production standards.

GMP Certificate
Thanks to modern production equipment and GMP standards applied to production at all stages, which was confirmed by the German health authorities, our products are of the highest quality yet at a reasonable price. Since year 2000 we have obeyed all standards and requirements dictated by the European authorities. As a result, we established safe methods and procedures of control and management over the product development, manufacture, packaging, labelling, storage, delivery and traceability of the finished product.

Hasco-Lek operates a so called Variations Management System which assures that both the product and its documentation are up to the current standards.

GLP Certificate Hasco-Lek was the first company in Poland to acquire a GLP certificate. Our analytical procedures regarding planning, performing, monitoring, recording and reporting ensure the consistency and reliability of the results. Hasco-Lek's laboratory uses high standard lab equipment including GC/HPLC Chromatographs, Atomic Absorption/IR and NIR Spectrometers.

 

HACCP Certificate
Manufacturing of food supplements in solid and liquid forms conforms to an application of HACCP system principles. Each process is verified by the risk assessment analysis.

 

ISO Certificate
Hasco-Lek is an environment friendly company. Our facility functions in conformity with ISO 14 001:1996 requirements. Environmental rules have been implemented to all the processes performed at Hasco-Lek and the company policy is to minimize its harmful environmental effect.
