Niacin (Vitamin PP - Vitamin B₃) 20 mg

Calcium D-pantothenate 5 mg (4,60 mg of Pantotheic acid - Vitamin B₅)

Thiamin hydrochloride (Vitamin B₁) 1,50 mg

Riboflavin (Vitamin B₂) 1,50 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B₆) 1,50 mg

The active substances in this preparation, Magnesium and Vitamin B complex , have a positive effect on the course of many biochemical processes in the organism.

Magnesium is a chemical element indispensable for proper development and functioning of the organism, especially of the nervous and circulatory systems. Its versatile role makes this element a basic regulator of the cell growth cycle: it activates 300 enzymes, takes part in nervous conduction and muscle contractility, regulates the heart rate.

Niacin (Vit. PP - Vit. B₃) has a positive effect on functioning of the brain. It also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, as well as participates in production of energy coming from proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Pantotheic acid (Vit. B₅) takes part in many biochemical reactions connected with the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates and also with the energy balance of the organism. 

Thiamin (Vit. B₁) plays a significant role in the proper course of energy production. It participates in the process of  energy release from carbohydrates and contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Riboflavin (Vit. B₂) takes part in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins as well as in production of energy. It has a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous and immune systems.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B₆) has an important role in metabolism of proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin B₆ is especially necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system, blood production system and immune system.  It also eases the absorption and use of Magnesium.
