Indications:
The preparation is used as a supplement to diet deficient in fish oils in patients with increased risk of suffering from cardiovascular system diseases (exposed to stress and smokers) and in patients with central nervous system dysfunctions (resulting from fatigue, depression, stress).
Action:
The oil contains multi-unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA indispensable for health, which belong to the Omega-3 group. The human organism is not capable of synthesizing these acids, and they are necessary for normal functioning of the organism, especially of the heart and blood vessels as well as the central nervous system.
EPA and DHA contribute to the lowering of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol (so called bad cholesterol) level and increase HDL cholesterol (so called good cholesterol) level.
Furthermore, EPA participates in the synthesis of blood vessels protective factors, and DHA is a component of the central nervous system structures (CNS).
