Prevention and treatment of skin and mucosa infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses, inflammations and skin reddening, impetigo, purulent and seborrheic inflammations, boils, ringworm of the feet, disinfection of wounds, burns, crusts and crural ulceration, disinfection of skin before surgical procedures (injection, puncture, transfusion, preparation of skin for an operation), disinfection of oral and vaginal mucosa. 

Preparation acts as an antibacterial, antimycotic and antiviral agent. It is also effective towards protozoons, bacteria spores and fungi.
